The DMP feature allows you to set up a scenario based on data from a DMP if the DMP is not directly linked to your routing tool.
Once the DMP has been selected, you must enter the Client ID. This field is for the identifier (ex. encrypted email) to be used to retrieve the data from the DMP for each person.
To do this, you’ll need to use the “URL Parameter” feature to pass the identifier used to query the DMP in the Reelevant URL.
You can then add conditions. You’ll see a dropdown menu once you start writing.
A condition contains the fields you want to use in your DMP. You can add multiple fields by linking rules with and/or.
You can add as many conditions as you want by clicking the “+” button.
Once your fields have been configured, confirm and then choose the feature you want to use in your scenario.
