The data feed feature allows you to create a scenario based on data from general feeds (customer knowledge data and other files that are neither product feeds nor location files), which you will have previously imported into the DataHub platform.

Before creating your scenario using the “Generic datasource” feature, it is important to know the fields in your data file.
The feature can be configured only with these fields. Here, let’s use the example of a scenario in which we want to push the mobile app download to openers who have not yet downloaded the app and whose data we have in a file.
We have two fields: “id_customer” and “app_mobile”, whose values can be “yes” or “no”.
